Meet Lam
Technology professional with 10+ years of experience leading diverse teams across four continents and managing full product lifecycles. I have also led end-to-end user research, including discovery research, market validation, among others - from the ground up, translating insights in to product strategy across global, cross-functional teams. I combine domain expertise with a strong passion for user-centered innovation, often acting as a subject matter expert to inform product direction and drive meaningful outcomes.
